Gel Polish
Gel Polish should last approximately 14 days. We recommend that you don’t wear them for longer than 21 days. We have a 7 day repair policy, if your gel polish chips within 7 days we will fix it for free, anything after this will cost £2 per nail. We will fix 3-4 nails within 21 days otherwise we will recommend a full removal and a full set at your expense.
Nail Polish
For those of you who require a natural finish we do stock a variety of nail polish colours for you to choose from. We cannot guarantee how long a nail polish will remain chip free so for important events we do recommend gel polish. Please allow 15 minutes for drying time after your appointment, to prevent smudging the nail polish.
For toes, we advise you to bring sandals with you so that you don't smudge the nail polish when wearing your shoes.
Nail Enhancements
Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for up to Seven days after your appointment; excluding breakages. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first Seven days, please call us to schedule a free repair.
Repairs after 7 days for breakages, tears, and corner breaks are chargeable.
Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools.
Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service. Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.
You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 7 days after your initial service
We will not offer any refund or credit note because you have simply changed your mind.
We will re do any service at no cost to you if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work we do, provided that you tell us immediately after we have performed the service that you are unhappy with the quality of the work.
We will always ask clients if they are happy and satisfied with their nails/treatment. As soon as we have left your home this means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails.
We will charge you for the costs of any repairs or replacements that we have to carry out because of damage that you have caused.
For example due to your own lack of care your for your nails, or the finish to your nails, they are damaged (in that they are broken, chipped or start to lift). We do recommend that you use cuticle oil when you get nail enhancements as this provides longevity to your nails. If your cuticles are dry your nail plate will become dry therefore could cause lifting.
If you have any questions on how to care for your nails please ask the nail technician.
We will repair nails if they have been done by us in the past 7 days. Repairs cover chips, cracks, discolouration, gel shrinkage, lost nails etc. If 4 or more nails are damaged we will have to replace with a full set.
We do not apply LED/UV gel polish to anyone under the age of 14 and we do not apply acrylic/gel extensions to anyone under 16 years.
If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied at the first available opportunity.
Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be given after the nail technician leaves your home
