Your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. ​ Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. ​ "No Shows" or Late Cancellations Late cancellations (less than 24hrs notice given) means that we can not fill the time slot that has been specifically allocated for you. At Scratch Divas we will not provide treatments to anyone under 16 Some parents/guardians are happy to have the treatment go ahead without them being present. At Scratch Divas we strongly insist that an appropriate adult is present throughout the treatment especially if they are under the age of 16. This ensures that they are witnessing the therapist/technicians actions at all times. ​ As there is no legal minimum age at which a person can receive treatments, however at Scratch Divas we have a duty of care which means practising in accordance to a number of Government Guidelines and Acts that are concerned with the welfare and safety of children. ​ At Scratch Divas, if we believe that a treatment is unethical, inappropriate or potentially unsafe for somebody under the age of 16 then we have the right to NOT perform treatments on the client.

Our therapists will have all their equipment and materials with them for mobile services, however due to covid-19 the following applies.. * Client to provide own mani or pedi towels

No. Unfortunately due to how infectious fungal infection is, we simply can not provide any mani's, nail enhancments or pedi's until the fungal infection is completey cleared providing a doctors note. * You MUST declare you have fungal infection when filling out the online consultation form*

No. It is recommended that you leave it 24 hours before you use the sunbed or any tanning products. After a wax the skin becomes sensitive and the pores are open. This means using a sunbed can potentialy burn the skin and tanning products can cause skin irritation after a wax treatment if not left 24 hours. * IMPORTANT to follow the 24 hour aftercare to maintain healthy skin* You can find our 'Wax Aftercare guide on ur webite under 'Aftercare info'

At Scratch Divas, we use a 'sensitive lash glue'. It's especially formulated for people who suffer with sensitve eyes with a low odur formula. * A glue test is required prior to treatment, even if youve had lashes before*

Yes. This is because every salon or mobile therapist may use different brand of tinting products, therefore we have no idea if the brand we use at Scratch Divas will be suitable for you. * It is highy RECOMMENDED that you have a tint test prior to your treatment *

We currently do not offer acrylic extensions, but we are looking to upgrade our acrylic system. We do offer Hybrid Gel extension which are just as strong as they are sculpted onto your nails.
