Whats the minimum age children can have treatments?
At Scratch Divas we will not provide treatments to anyone under 16
Some parents/guardians are happy to have the treatment go ahead without them being present. At Scratch Divas we strongly insist that an appropriate adult is present throughout the treatment especially if they are under the age of 16. This ensures that they are witnessing the therapist/technicians actions at all times.
As there is no legal minimum age at which a person can receive treatments, however at Scratch Divas we have a duty of care which means practising in accordance to a number of Government Guidelines and Acts that are concerned with the welfare and safety of children.
At Scratch Divas, if we believe that a treatment is unethical, inappropriate or potentially unsafe for somebody under the age of 16 then we have the right to NOT perform treatments on the client.

After a wax the skin becomes sensitive and the pores are open. This means using a sunbed can potentialy burn the skin and tanning products can cause skin irritation after a wax treatment if not left 24 hours.
* IMPORTANT to follow the 24 hour aftercare to maintain healthy skin* You can find our 'Wax Aftercare guide on ur webite under 'Aftercare info'

* A glue test is required prior to treatment, even if youve had lashes before*
Do I still need a tint patch test, even if I've had tint before?
Yes. This is because every salon or mobile therapist may use different brand of tinting products, therefore we have no idea if the brand we use at Scratch Divas will be suitable for you.
