If all clients could please fill out the form that would be much appreciated, ideally if clients could get the form to us prior to their treatment date this would be much appreciated. If not our therapists will go through the online form on the day before treatments are carried out.  

We have a duty of care to all of our clients and therapists to make sure we have COVID safety procedures in place to prevent cross infection. We have invested a lot into PPE making sure as a business we are COVID safe.

Please note: Our treatment prices have NOT changed.

All of our equipment, tools and materials will be sanitised and disinfected after use and our therapists will wear full PPE when carrying out your treatments. Please note that we can not do group bookings, no more than 2 people are required in the treatment area. Other members of the household must be in separate rooms or areas. Our aim is to minimise the spread of the virus. Please be mindful.

 

Treatment process

NAILS: -

Clients receive individual packed nail files, buffers and wooden cuticle pusher. Occasional for thorough work therapist will use their own tools and equipment which is disinfected and sanitised regularly.

WAXING:

Wax is decanted into removable wax pots (required amount needed for treatment) and labelled with the clients name, so that there is no cross contamination

​

If you have a mask already and you want to wear it that's absolutely fine, we do encourage clients to wear a mask but it is up to the individual, we will provide masks.
