Please note that our telephone lines can't always be covered all the time due to our therapists are either on the road traveling to their clients or in treatment. Therefore we have put procedures in place so that if your not able to speak to one of our therapists you can still contact us via email, text and the contact form below.
We do highly recommend that you BOOK ONLINE and as soon as we receive your booking request we will be in touch straight away. When booking please note there is a deposit that we ask for to secure your booking. All appointment bookings are reviewed depending on availability.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

MUST BE - within a 5 mile radius. We do not take bookings over 5 miles, its company discretion if we do.

MUST HAVE - FREE parking at the residence, or provide a 'visitor permit' if required. We will NOT take on the booking if we will incur parking charges.

MUST HAVE - Flats/intercom properties must have lifts. Our therapists carry a huge amount of equipment in big cases with wheels. Can NOT be carried via stairs

CALL OUT CHARGE - Minimum of £20 + ideally we recommend booking a few treatments in 1 visit.

CANCELLATIONS - If you no longer want your appointment, we prefer a 24 hour cancellation notice so that this space can be filled. Failure to give 24 hour notice will be a cancellation fee of - £15.00
